** List of documents required for the contract (copies should be certified by the legal entity’s Head and by the organization’s Seal) is given below:

1. Certificate of registration at taxation authority.
2. Certificate of the legal entity’s State registration.
3. Company Charter (pages #1-3, subject matter and activities, the legal entity’s sole executive body, the reverse side of the last page)
4. Document confirming the authority of the the person signing the contracts.
5. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (issued by the taxation authority not earlier than 6 months before the date of the contract).
6. Copies of licences issued to the legal entity to perform activities, which are subject to licensing (if any).
